Energy City Race!
Glad to have this as my first half marathon. Enjoyed the weather and the atmosphere of the people. Learned alot about my personal pace and mentality for a race. I know I need to slow down and keep a steady pace. I was well prepared as far as fueling. Looking forward to the next!

Pre Vacation Miles
September was a record month for miles thar I put in. We went on vacation on October 1st and it slowed me down a lot on production as well as some heavy depression days. Pushing through to get back on track though.

Maaaaaan, I’ve been running for a long time. When I decided to join the Army back in 2007, I researched the requirements to join and then began my journey. But this is not the story of my Army career. This is my story of how running became the realization of who I am.
